Addiction or mental health problem

This section of the site presents the services offered to people with substance use problems (alcohol, drugs, etc.) or who are experiencing psychological difficulties or distress (anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, etc.).

The services are aimed at improving the health status, living conditions and well-being of the individual. They may vary according to the need expressed, ranging from a light and short-term intensity to a greater and longer intensity to resolve more complex situations. The services are aimed at helping the person to recover, regain well-being and return to their previous level of functioning.

The work places the individual at the centre of decisions and is done in complementarity with community resources in order to offer diversified services. It builds on the strengths of the environment to improve the individual's living conditions and allow for the full exercise of citizenship.
