The mission of the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) de l’Outaouais is to maintain, improve and restore the health and well-being of Outaouais residents by providing them with a range of integrated and high quality health and social services, thus contributing to the region’s social and economic development.

To that end, the CISSS Outaouais has adopted a “socially responsible” management philosophy which prioritizes citizen participation. We encourage consultation and active involvement of the population in the continuous improvement of our services.

We work with user committees and resident committees, the Office of the Service Quality and Complaints Commissioner, our volunteers and our clients and partners to ensure that the care and services provided to our citizens are in accordance with their rights and their needs, while being safe and of high quality.

To help us reach these objectives, we encourage you to send us your comments and to let us know how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with the care and services you have received.
