This support program for partners serving the ID-PD-ASD clientele aims to foster better collaboration and consultation in order to ensure continuity of the services. It is also aimed at supporting partners through awareness, education and training activities, as well as knowledge and expertise sharing.

Our partners are different actors in the health and social services network, in the education arena, families, seniors, the employment sector, from municipalities and from the community.

Professionals are selected based on the type of requests received. Although support arrangements can vary, the service is generally delivered in the partner environment. It is delivered according to the type of request and the availabilities of the professionals.
