How to avoid contamination and protect those around me?
I wash my hands frequently with soap and water.

Wet your hands

Rub your hands for 20 seconds

Rinse your hands thoroughly under running water

Turn off the tap with a paper towel or tissue

Take some soap

Thoroughly wash the entire surface of your hands, including your nails, thumbs, and between your fingers

Dry your hands thoroughly
I cough or sneeze into the crook of my elbow or the upper part of my arm, rather than into my hands.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue

Cough and sneeze into the crook of your elbow

Throw the tissue away

Wash your hands
I wear a mask if I have a fever and a cough, at the emergency room or in the waiting area of a healthcare facility.

Place the mask on your face with the rigid edge facing upwards

Mold the rigid edge of the mask to your nose

Pull the bottom of the mask under your chin
