This is a Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ) program for which the CISSS Outaouais acts as a trustee. It provides financial assistance to people with a mobility impairment, with low income, and who need housing adapted to their needs.

How do I access the services?

The services can be accessed through the ID-PD-ASD program access point.

Professionals

A social worker will meet with the user to determine whether or not he is eligible.

Once the individual’s application is deemed eligible for the subsidy, SHQ criteria will help determine the amount of financial assistance provided to the applicant or his landlord.
