Info-Social 811 psychosocial workers provide counselling and psychosocial interventions and can guide you if you need services offered within the CISSS de l’Outaouais. They will listen to and analyze your needs and can refer you to an appropriate resource in the health and social services network or a community resource.

Anyone who does not have a family doctor and resides in Quebec can contact the Primary Care Access Point (GAP). It allows them to find the health service that best meets their needs.
Calling 811, Option 3 will allow people to reach a professional seven days a week to assess and analyze their needs. The GAP helpline is available from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays. However, if there is a serious problem or urgent need, it is important to call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department.
