Collection sites by appointment

IMPORTANT: The Aylmer collection site is now located at Aylmer Local point of service at 178 Principale Street.

 

Walk-in collection site (with new virtual ticket mode)

Local point of service Gatineau, 75 -5H, de la Gappe Boulevard - Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m to 3:30 p.m. *The virtual tickets are available from 7 a.m.

The following analyses are not available at the external sampling center. Contact the appointment center at 819 776-6116 to reserve your sample : (Induced hyperglycemia, Glucose tolerance test (50 g), D-xylose test, Lactose test, Sweat test, Total hemolytic blood complement CH50, Plasma cathecolamine, Cryofibrinogen, Cryoglobulin, Serum porphyrins, Variconazole, Posaconazole, Capillary gas, Cold agglutinin, Itraconazole, PFA, Arterial gas, Spermogram). *This list is not exhaustive. Other rare tests may not be available on the day of your visit.

*Please note that the non-invasive prenatal genomic tests (NIPT) is available only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The CD3, CD4, CD8 et HLAB27 tests are available only on Tuesday.

*Please note that the Aldosterone test is only available before 8 a.m. You must make an appointment before 7:30 a.m.

To get your ticket (in the same day), choose one of the following 2 options :

ATTENTION : It is possible that the availability of virtual tickets will be affected by traffic at the collection center, as well as by on-site waiting times. Closing time may also be advanced due to a high volume of patients awaiting collection.

For the smartphone procedure, follow the six steps described below:

Scan the barcode on the right with your smartphone's camera.
Then click on the link that appears. You will be redirected to the appointment booking site.

Fill in the form and click on validate my ticket.

You will be given an approximate time to report to the counter.

This time may change depending on traffic.

Please note that this is not an appointment time.

Fifteen minutes before your turn at the counter you will receive this text message: It's your turn soon.

You should go to the collection centre at this time.

The counter you have to go to is displayed on the ticket.

When it is your turn to go to a counter, you will receive this message:

Please go to COUNTER X.

Then the time on your ticket will change to show the approximate time of your collection.

After you check in at the counter, you can wait inside or outside.

The room you need to go to is displayed on the ticket.

When it is time for you to go to a room for your collection, you will receive this message:

Please go to ROOM X.
